Materials: All flooring within the house is Italian Perlato Stone and Italian Marble. All doors in the house are made of solid mahogany. Windows are all double-paned glass. All exterior walls are layered with thick limestone tiles excavated from Lebanese quarries. The roof of the house is covered with red clay tiles.

Decorations: The house is full of intricate detailing in the stonework, tiling, and woodwork. The marble tiles in the floor were hand-picked and arranged by the designer. On the first floor the marble is a light grey with black decorative stripes along the periphery of each room. The marble on the second floor was laid out in detailed mosaic designs. Arches, pillars, and woodwork were all handcrafted with extreme attention to detail. The second floor contains four Arabic-style tunnel skylights, one of which was built to be easily converted into an elevator shaft leading from the second floor to the third, if ever needed.
